What does the initial evaluation consist of and how much does it cost?
The free initial evaluation is typically done by our registered nurse, and takes less than an hour. It is strictly a question and answers session, where the nurse gets to know you and your family, and can answer any questions you may have.
Where do your caregivers come from?
- A minimum of one year’s experience (but many caregivers have several years’ experience)
- Successfully passed an initial screening and a background check before clients ever meet them
- Attended a company orientation meeting and ongoing optional training, or are a certified registered nurse.
How do I know that I will like my caregiver?
- We typically know which caregivers will best suit your needs.
- Our caregivers have a minimum of one year’s experience, but many of them surpass that.
- Our caregivers have passed an initial screening and background check.
